Youth Powerlifting
The goal of our Youth Powerlifting class is to have a fun and an enjoyable experience while focusing on learning proper technique and form, especially for the squat, deadlift, and bench press. Strength training programs for both youth and teens help build confidence and have overall health and sport performance benefits.
Ages 10 to 21
Class meets in the Fitness Center and is led by Personal Trainer and Power Lifter Bryce Walker
