YMCA Financial Assistance Scholarships

Thanks to funds from our annual fundraising efforts the Rogue Valley Family YMCA is able to provide financial assistance for children, teens, adults and families who cannot afford the full cost of a Y membership and programs. The amount of assistance available does vary based on the funds that have been raised for this purpose each year. Assistance is made available until funds have been depleted. All assistance is applied to future programs or monthly dues and is not back dated.

We encourage all who need assistance to apply.

We do not offer Financial Assistance Scholarships for a few programs such as personal training, single day programs, membership day passes, facility rentals, and any fundraising efforts (i.e. Pear Blossom Runs, Mayor’s Cup, etc.) as these programs are designed to raise funds to be given away.

All Financial Assistance is based on the donations we receive, please consider donating to this effort by clicking the purple Donate button.

Financial Assistance On-line Registration

Help is based on demonstrated need and the YMCA’s ability to fund requests. Applying for assistance does not guarantee that an award will be made.

Please Note: As part of the below registration process for financial assistance, we will be requesting proof of income for all adults in the household and any award letters for any government assistance (ERDC, SNAP, TANF, etc.) you may be receiving.  Please gather these documents before you begin the registration process, you will not be able to submit your registration without these documents. File formats accepted: JPEG, PDF, and PNG

The School Referral Form is to be used by the local schools to refer families to the YMCA Financial Assistance program. School award scholarships are good for one month, season, or session. Families must apply for on-going financial assistance before the above award ends or fees will return to the pre-award level.
