Our trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We match you with a personal trainer based on your preferences. The trainer will assess your fitness goals and will design a personalized and easy to follow program just for you.
Sessions may take place in our fitness center, aquatics center, gymnasium or outdoor fitness space. Whatever your goals are, we have the staff and equipment to help you achieve them.

ADAM MCMENOMY, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Functional Aging Specialist, ACE Kinetic Link Training Certified, YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise and RP Nutrition Certified
Adam believes that by challenging ourselves and working toward goals we can always be improving our musculo-skeletal and cardiovascular fitness. He has worked in the fitness department at the YMCA since 2015. Adam hopes to help you find a form of exercise that you can turn into a habit and become the healthiest version of yourself possible!
BRYCE WALTER, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Bryce believes physical health is the foundation of mental health. He desires to help people achieve their goals so they may experience a higher quality of life. He has 15 years experience with lifting, including power lifting and traditional body building. He also enjoys distance running, arm wrestling, mountain climbing, and rock climbing. Bryce is also knowledgeable in the area of sport and athletic performance.

MICHELLE DELEPINE, Certified Aquatic Personal Trainer
Education: WaterART Aquatic Personal Training Certification, YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, Foundations of Strength & Conditioning by ACE, YMCA Strength & Conditioning Instructor Certification, Certified Pound and Generation Pound Instructor, AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) Certified, Aquatic Circuit, Deep Water Applications, Aquatic Interval, Ballology Certified
Michelle has over 20 years of experience teaching fitness classes on land and in water. Michelle loves helping people meet their fitness goals of becoming healthier and more active. Water is great for those who have had previous injuries and Michelle will help effectively teach how to use the natural resistance of the water without high impact on the joints.
