This event is hosted at the former Elk Trail Elementary School. As a result of a partnership between the YMCA and Eagle Point School District this former school will be developed into a YMCA Outdoor School & Camp to serve local youth. There will be a display about this project and the Y’s effort to restore Elk Trail School’s place in the community as an asset for generations to come! Visit: www.rvymca.org to learn more!

Vendors are welcome to be at our event and sell their goods or services. No Alcohol or Marijuana sales allowed. Vendors can charge their own rates and we do not provide power or any other hookups. Vendors need to provide their own equipment, canopies and tables. If serving food must be licensed to prepare or serve food in Jackson County Oregon.

Vendors must be setup and ready to go by 1:00pm and plan to stay until 4:00pm. Setup begins as early as 9:00am and ample time to leave at the end of the day.
